Why this hotel is still in Booking.com. I had very bad experience here...my booking was cancelled without any explanation. When I wanted to check in..I was told booking was cancelled. 4 hours waited with 30+ people in the bus. Called CS but no proper explanation and solutions. Finally I have to find new place for my friends after go through very bad experience with CS and CP hotel. I got my refund but what about compensation for last minutes cancellation and no solutions from CS.

cheap price comparatively. Acceptable for a short stay in Butterworth before entering Penang.

location is not close to main sight.

The owner is so rude. Kalau tak pandai cakap melayu properly just go to China la. You have to serve who's come first. First come first serve. There's nothing good with this hotel.

Just give me refund. Rm42.80 that I have charged but I'm not stay at your hotel.

I have been booking online, they didn't diduct yet , when I go there the worker said the price are wrong , is not 30 tht state online, so I paid as walk in customer cash 60, the worker said he the booking will cancel it self. And yet now I have been charge another 30 for booking.

Water heater function

-hard bed-no water filter-no transaction by card

Disappointing

with rm100 there are no boiler, no mug. the floor smell not good. their cleaner should wash their mop properly.

We have to pay extra RM4 at the counter to old Chinese guy even booking.com already paid to the hotel

The bedrooms and bathrooms very dirty and the smell very bad!!

The room is very poor, the bed is dirty and the body is itchy, the sleep is not good, it is very different from the photos, it is not recommended to rent.

Its hell,smelly,bedsheet iyeewwww..cant sleep with the smell-we checked out at 3am coz its just yihhhhhhh..for rm130 its just nonsence.the only reason we stay there was we arrived late evening(last min plan)on school holiday..and no other place available.so Please think twice before u choose this place

Such a terrible experience staying here as there was no window, bathroom leaking and all our sanitary water leaking, not working air conditioning system and felt like we were in an oven. Bed were in poor condition , cleanliness 0 out of 100. The worst experience ever . worst.

PARKING FOR GUEST IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL

THERE IS ONLY 1 PLUG/SOCKET. DIFFICULT TO CHARGE THE PHONES. THE SAID SOCKET/PLUG FAR FROM BED

Room so besar, quite clean for old hotel, the uncle manage it ok la friendly..kedai sekitar dekat (depan hotel ada petronas/subway)

My room top floor, the water machine at ground/ lobi floor, so malas sikit nak turun ambil air time malam. Pricewise a bit on expensive side.. But its raya time, any room ok for me.

bathroom was kinda bad. the flush was not working. the rest it ok for what you pay. spacious thats all

strategic location with a transport lorry company nearby that probides extra security for cars parked at the hotel. Courteous friendly staffs.
